Meet Dr. Rawlings
Aaron B. Rawlings, DMD completed a periodontics residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Before his residency, Dr. Rawlings completed his DMD degree at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, where he graduated cum laude.
Dr. Rawlings is trained in all aspects of periodontics and dental implants. He was recognized as a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in May 2013. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Rawlings has served as president of both the Savannah Dental Society and the Southeastern District of the Georgia Dental Association. He has also served on the Board of Trustees and House of Delegates in the Georgia Dental Association. He maintains active membership in the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Southern Academy of Periodontology, the Georgia Society of Periodontists, and the Georgia Dental Association.
Dr. Rawlings is an Eagle Scout and has enjoyed volunteering with the National Ski Patrol, Habitat for Humanity, Give Kids a Smile, and the Boys and Girls Club. He speaks Spanish, having lived in Argentina for 2 years.
He and his wife Kaitlin have three children and a small Yorkipoo named Georgia. When possible, Dr. Rawlings loves escaping to the mountains of North Carolina to go mountain biking. Around town, you’ll find him and his wife enjoying date night as they explore new restaurants
