Practice Administrator and Treatment Coordinator

Darlene Clark was born in Warner Robins and raised in Savannah. She is a graduate of Savannah Technical College. Darlene has continued her education by attending specialized management, finance and information technology programs. She is a member of the Dental Assisting Advisory Committee for Savannah Technical College, the Dental Implant Coordinators Association and a lifetime member and Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management (FAADOM). Darlene worked in a specialty medical practice for ten years prior to joining our practice. As Practice Administrator & Treatment Coordinator, Darlene is responsible for handling treatment plan questions, as well as any financial arrangements that may be required to complete treatment in the most efficient and comfortable way.

Treatment Coordinator

Kim Boyd was born in Royston, Georgia and has been a member of our team since moving from Virginia in 2007. She has over 30 years experience in the dental field and takes great pride in getting to know each patient. Kim assists in explaining, coordinating and scheduling treatment in our Statesboro office. With her warm and friendly demeanor, she strives to make every dental experience the best it can be. In addition to serving patients in our Statesboro office, Kim enjoys being active in her church, serving on the Connection team and spending time with family and friends.

Treatment Coordinator

Heather Lockhart was born in Savannah and currently lives in Richmond Hill. Heather has a background in customer service and is always eager to assist patients with scheduling and coordination of dental care. She also provides much needed support in the business office.  She has worked with our office since 2005, both full time and part time. In her time away from the office, she enjoys photography, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Scheduling & Hygiene Coordinator

Megan Trull was born and raised in Savannah. She graduated from South University with a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management. Megan has previous experience in radiology and has embraced her role of scheduling coordinator with our practice. She is also able to assist with many treatment and insurance questions in our Savannah office. As a former college athlete, Megan balances her work-life with her love of soccer, hiking and boating with her husband.

Administrative Assistant & Hygiene Coordinator

Bella Camacho was born in Savannah and she currently lives in Coffee Bluff. She graduated from Georgia College with a bachelor degree in Public Health. Although she is new to dentistry, she is experienced in technology and happily enjoys serving others. She has proven herself to be willing and able to assist in scheduling and various administrative duties. Her passions outside of the office include spending time with family, boating and the beach! 

Surgical Assistant

Michelle Fletcher is a graduate of Florida College of Medical and Dental Assistants. She has many years of experience in a variety of dental specialties, while living in several areas along the east coast and abroad. She is excellent in educating patients on the best techniques for post-operative dental care. Michelle and her family returned to her home-town of Savannah to be close to Tybee in 2001, and has been with our team since that time. Michelle loves reading, music and spending time with her very large family.

Surgical Assistant

Heather Hiott is a Savannah native. She is a graduate of Calvary Day School. She has over 20 years of experience in periodontics and oral surgery and has been a member of our team since 2010. Heather’s welcoming smile helps our Statesboro patients feel more comfortable and she is always happy to answer pre- and post-treatment questions. Her pride and joy is her son, Pierce. She is an avid saltwater fisher and loves hunting and nature in general.

Surgical Assistant

Nicole Reynolds is originally from Roanoke, Virginia. She began her dental assisting career in Atlanta, Georgia in 2011. She has previously worked in general dentistry, oral surgery and periodontics. After visiting the area several times, Nicole decided to come experience the beauty of Savannah full time and joined our team in early 2022. Nicole enjoys playing music with her band and gardening.

Hygienist/Periodontal Therapist

Lois M. Eckes, RDH was born in Savannah and currently lives in Richmond Hill. Lois graduated with her associates degree in dental hygiene from Armstrong Atlantic University. Lois has been a valued part of our team since 1984! She has worked in our Savannah office and currently cares for the periodontal needs of patients in our Statesboro office. During her time away from the office, Lois enjoys walking on the beach and spending time with children and grandchildren.

Hygienist/Periodontal Therapist

Jan W. Epstein, RDH is a Savannah native. She earned an associate degree in dental hygiene from Armstrong State University in 1986. Since graduating, Jan has worked exclusively in the Savannah area, and began her dental career in general dentistry. Jan has been a member of our team since 2013 and provides each one of her patients with the periodontal care and education about care at home that they need. Jan’s hobbies include running, spending time with her grandchildren, and her handsome goldendoodle.

Hygienist/Periodontal Therapist

Jessica McKee, RDH completed her associates degree in dental hygiene in 2005 from Northeast Mississippi Community College. She is licensed in Georgia and North Carolina with more than half of her experience being in periodontics. Jessica joined our practice in early 2022 and currently sees patients in our Statesboro location. She has a passion for patient education and improving their overall oral health and enjoys the opportunity to share in the lives of her patients. She resides in Effingham County with her husband and two sons and loves spending time with her family on their small farm, sewing, crafting, and woodworking. 

Hygienist/Periodontal Therapist

Sarah Parigi, RDH was born in Dalton, Georgia, where she attended Dalton State College. She moved to Savannah in 2010 for the Dental Hygiene program at Armstrong Atlantic State University. She completed her dental hygiene program at Savannah Technical College when the program was moved. Sarah is married to Max and they have a precious son, Sawyer. Sarah and her family love the water and fishing and are especially thankful for special times spent with close friends and family.

Jody O. Stringfellow, RDH has worked with our practice on a temporary and full time basis for many years. She completed  her associate degree in dental hygiene at Armstrong State University. In addition to working in our periodontal practice, Jody has enjoyed working in multiple restorative and specialty practices over her long dental career.

Michelle M. Troiano, RDH formerly of Ormond Beach, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia has joined our team as a dental hygienist. Michelle began her career in periodontics in 1999 where she worked in Daytona Beach, Florida for 19 years. She relocated to the metro Atlanta area for 3 years and practiced with a general dentist before transferring to Savannah with her husband, Tony in 2022. Tony and Michelle have three grown children who live in California and Atlanta. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, reading, exercise/yoga and watching football. We are so grateful she has chosen to be part of our team.

Hygienist/Periodontal Therapist

Lucy Warren, RDH grew up primarily in Georgia after her father’s retirement from a career in the Navy. She graduated from Armstrong State University in 1993 with her associates degree in dental hygiene. She has practiced dental hygiene in Savannah since 2003, and has been a member of our team since 2020. Lucy provides her patients with a gentle, but thorough periodontal experience in our Savannah office. Outside of dental hygiene, Lucy enjoys family time, her cats, and helping families thrive nutritionally. She is a devout member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church where she serves in the music ministry.
